Conquer The Suicide

A sufferer of depression may say they have never considered suicide but the reality is they probably have. There is nothing to be ashamed about. But if you have considered suicide you do need to take action. If you have said or thought the following statements, you need to talk to someone about your feelings. The obvious is to talk to your family honestly about how bad you feel. If you don't feel comfortable with that option, then please call 1.800.Suicide.

Most people consider suicide when they feel they have no options left, and intense emotions of despair overwhelm them. They take action because they see no way out of their misery. That is why talking about your feelings now is so incredibly important. It isn't an option, it is a necessity. Don't let the feelings of despair build up inside of you. Call a friend, talk to your mom, priest, co-worker or friend everyday if you need to. For common misconceptions about suicide, or further information please visit www.suicidology.org, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or look into statistics on suicide. Do not wait!
