Keep it simple. The key to treating your depression is simplicity, focus and consistency. We scoured the web and found the top sites to help you spend your time efficiently. Please keep in mind that many of these sites are sponsored by large pharmaceutical companies who need people to buy their medicines. Many of the medicines work very well but be aware there may be short or long term side-effects. It is essential for you or a family member to research information from many sources, including good books. Read everything with a grain of salt and be responsible for your own health. Always get a second opinion and pursue non-traditional therapies as well. Find what works best for you!
